Between 2.31pm and 2.47pm UTC, an increasing number of requests were failing with error 500 when reaching Mindee API service. A maintenance operation forced the refresh of api.mindee.net DNS gateway. This explains why some requests were failing and some not, depending on how fast was DNS propagation on end-user system.
