Between 4.10pm and 5.15pm UTC, the average processing time of a document when using Mindee API prediction service was reported higher than usual (2 to 3 times slower in average) resulting in an increased number of timeout errors. The issue was quickly escalated and solved. The service was back to normal at 5.15pm UTC.
